We’re so lucky to call the beautiful city of Perth home. With many parks and open spaces, it has been a dream for Community Vision to help our customers enjoy these places on a bike.
Thanks to the support of Emily Hamilton, MLA and Member for Joondalup, we now have two TrioBike Taxis. With these brilliant bikes, we can join our customers on a trip into their community, get some fresh air and just have a great time! Thank you, Emily, for all your support!
On the donation, Emily says, “Community Vision is such a fantastic organisation providing support and services to the vulnerable members of Perth’s community. I’m proud to have delivered funding that allows people to enjoy a biking experience out in the fresh air, and the added benefit of social interaction.”
Lizzie, one of our customers, and our CEO, Yvonne Timson, were the first of many bike riders to enjoy a Trio Bike. Their outing saw them explore Neil Hawkins Park, with Lizzie telling us her favourite part was “being here with everyone.”
Yvonne is excited to be able to offer this experience to Community Vision’s customers, saying, “For some of our customers, the chance to ride a bike again is a wonderful moment.
We take some of these simple things for granted, so we’re overjoyed to offer this opportunity to our customers.”
